By booking or staying at any FlexiBay property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payments
- A security deposit and advance payment are required to confirm your booking.
- Monthly rent must be paid in advance before the due date.
- Late payments may attract penalties or restricted services.
2. Security Deposit
- The deposit is refundable at the time of move-out, subject to:
- No damages to property
- No pending dues
- Any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled within the specified period prior to move-in.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting service charges and taxes.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Valid ID proof is mandatory at the time of check-in.
- Check-out requires prior notice (as per agreement).
- Early move-out without notice may result in deposit forfeiture.
5. House Rules
- Residents must maintain cleanliness, discipline, and respectful behavior.
- Illegal activities, substance abuse, or misconduct are strictly prohibited.
- Noise levels should be kept minimal to ensure a peaceful environment.
6. Visitors Policy
- Visitors are allowed only during permitted hours.
- Overnight stays by visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
7. Safety & Security
- Residents are responsible for their personal belongings.
- FlexiBay is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- Tampering with security systems or safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
8. Property & Damages
- Any damage to furniture, appliances, or property will be charged to the resident.
- Regular inspections may be conducted by management.
9. Amenities & Services
- Amenities are provided as a value-added service and may change or be updated.
- Temporary interruptions (maintenance, repairs, etc.) do not qualify for refunds.
10. Termination of Stay
- FlexiBay reserves the right to terminate stay in case of:
- Violation of rules
- Non-payment
- Misconduct
11. Changes to Terms
- FlexiBay may update these terms at any time. Continued stay implies acceptance of revised terms.
